1Who we are
Reventonic is a Canadian business that builds and runs AI systems for companies. This policy explains what happens to your personal information when you visit this page or ask for an audit call.
Our Founder is responsible for protecting personal information and can be reached at info@reventonic.com.
2What we collect
What you type into the form: name, work email and company, plus your phone and message if you choose to add them.
How you found us: the ad you clicked and its campaign tags, which arrive in the page link.
Basic technical details: your browser type and the time you submitted.
Ad measurement, only if you allow it: whether you viewed this page and submitted the form.
In short: only what we need to reply to you. Please don't include sensitive details, such as health or financial information, in your message.
3How we use it
To reply to your request, then arrange and prepare your audit call. Submitting the form means you agree to this.
To send occasional emails about our services, only if you tick the box. Every email shows who we are and has an unsubscribe link.
To see which ads work, only if you choose Allow in the cookie banner.
We will ask for your consent again before using your information for any new purpose.
4Who we share it with
Your request is emailed straight to our team at info@reventonic.com. We share it only with the service providers that help us respond, under contracts that limit how they can use it:
Our website host, which receives and stores the form.
Our business email provider, which delivers it to our inbox.
Meta Platforms, for ad measurement, only if you allow the Meta Pixel.
In short: we never sell your information, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing.
5Where we store it
The details you submit, and our record of any consent you give, are stored on servers located in Canada.
The one exception is the Meta Pixel. If you choose Allow, Meta processes that browsing data on its own servers, mainly in the United States, under its own privacy policy. If you choose Decline, nothing is sent to Meta.
6How we protect it
The page and the form are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Only the people who need your request to respond to you can see it.
We use providers with industry-standard security safeguards.
If a privacy breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will tell you and report it to the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, as the law requires.
7How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless you become a client. If you agree to marketing emails, we keep a record of that consent for as long as we email you, so we can show when and how you gave it.
8Cookies and the Meta Pixel
This page uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta, only after you choose Allow. It uses cookies to tell us which ads led to a visit or a request, and Meta may use it to show you relevant ads.
Choose Decline and it never loads. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. Your browser remembers the choice you made.
9Your rights and choices
Access and correction: ask what we hold about you and have it corrected.
Withdraw consent: stop marketing emails or ad measurement at any time. We act on unsubscribes within 10 business days.
Deletion: ask us to delete your enquiry.
In Quebec, you can also ask for a copy in a commonly used format and ask us to stop sharing your information.
